I just want to Thank-You all for the good work
that you do for all of us every day. I greatly
appreciate all of you and I want you all to know
it. You, Pacinfo, was the first internet server
I hired when I first had a computer in my house
and I subscribed with you because you were a local
company, that is important to me, and I had heard
some good things about you all from Kee Won Roo,
an old friend. Some time later we formed our own
company and for some unknown reason the company
decided to go with some wah hoo company in Portland.
"BAD IDEA". Their service was non existant
and you could never talk to a human being for
teck support. I got so frustrated that one day
I had a problem I could get no help with and I
called you. I explained that you were not my server,
ya would have been if they'd asked me -- but they
didn't, and I really needed some help. You helped
me. That was so kind. I always try to talk my
friends into using you people and some have. We
all like the way you do business and the way you
take such good care of your customers. Thanks
for being "YOU".
